Pet Portraits
My pet portrait collection began with my love for my sister's unfairly photogenic dog, Fender. He's the kind of dog that immediately goes to comfort anyone who's upset and can sense hurt better that most humans. He's spirited, adventurous, and a true couch potato at times. I knew that when his time would come(because he's not immortal even though I say he is), there would be a great, big Fender shaped hole in his people's lives. Immortalizing him through oil on canvas was the greatest gift I could give my sister and it quickly led to many custom pet portrait requests and the beginning of this collection.
